We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

To get a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved. This ensures the fastest processing time.


EU Customers 

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
